Eugene Hudders
Gene Hudders began his love affair with mushrooms as a chef. This intrigue grew as he spent over a decade gleaning wild mushroom knowledge in the field, in workshops and in books. He later earned Certification through Mushroom Mountain’s Tradd Cotter allowing the sale of his foraged wild mushrooms in GA, SC, NC and VA.
His enthusiasm of the fungi world has expanded with Foraged Kingdom, a USDA Certified Organic and Certified Biodynamic mushroom company offering both his wild and his cultivated mushrooms. Gene’s dedication to this great edible is shared often as he leads mushroom foraging groups through the untouched woodlands of Virginia and North Carolina.
