The afternoon will begin with a "Petite Luncheon" on the porch while learning about companion planting, healthy environments for plants and working in concert with Nature. After lunch, we'll walk about the gardens, tasting, touching and observing Organic Growing and Biodynamic Practices at work. The afternoon will end with dessert and discussion in the pavilion at the highest point of the farm, overlooking acres of completely sustainable terraces of fruits, herbs, flowers and veggies surrounded with rain catchment stocked ponds..
